Sabrina Dabovic MSW, RSW

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

With nearly 20 years of frontline experience supporting adults through mental health challenges, addiction, trauma, and conflict with the law, my path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by real people and real stories. These experiences inspired me to pursue my Master of Social Work (MSW) so I could support people to grow and find balance in their lives.

I help individuals who are looking for a safe, supportive place to slow down, make sense of what they are feeling, and figure out why certain patterns keep getting in the way of the life they want. If you have been feeling stressed, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply “not yourself,” you are not alone - and even small shifts can create meaningful change.

My approach is trauma-informed, gentle, and grounded in both talk therapy and somatic practices. Together, we will explore the anxiety, stress, habits, or life challenges that feel tangled right now, and begin to develop tools that feel doable in everyday life.

Whether in a calming office space, connecting virtually, or embracing the beautiful outdoors, I aim to make you feel supported, understood, and empowered.  In our sessions, you are the expert on your own life. You set the pace. Good therapy happens when we collaborate - curiously and compassionately - to understand thoughts, patterns, and experiences in a way that opens the door to relief, growth, and a deeper sense of ease.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gathering with friends, and enjoying nature.  My family is my biggest support, and I spend as much time as possible with my husband, children, and dogs.
