Sabrina Dabovic MSW, RSW

Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist

My journey to becoming a therapist has spanned two decades, with 18 years of experience supporting adults facing mental health challenges, addiction, trauma, and conflict with the law.  This frontline work shaped and influenced my desire to pursue my MSW, allowing me to build on my dreams of helping others.  This has profoundly shaped my dedication to helping others take charge of their mental health and well-being and shift perspectives in a proactive way.  My passion for wellness and self-compassion is at the heart of my practice, guiding every step of the way as I work to empower individuals on their path to growth and recovery.

I combine traditional psychotherapy with trauma informed care and holistic practices to offer a comprehensive approach towards awareness and acceptance.  Each session integrates therapeutic techniques with elements of mindfulness, breathwork and somatic therapy.  My goal is to create a safe environment for my clients where we can nurture both mind and body.   By blending these practices, I help clients cultivate emotional resilience and a deeper connection to themselves.

Whether you are seeking to address trauma, manage stress, or build a more balanced mindset, my approach is designed to support your unique journey, with you being the guiding factor along the way.

Whether in the calming office space, connecting virtually or embracing the beautiful outdoors, I aim to make you feel supported, understood, and empowered to lead a more fulfilling life.

I am passionate about working with individuals who have experienced trauma and may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected and not enough, as well as supporting first responders and survivors of childhood sexual abuse.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy spending time outdoors, gathering with friends, and enjoying nature.  My family is my biggest support, and I spend as much time as possible with my husband, children, and dogs.
